My sister Shana works for PowerMax. She has been after me to change companies because she knew she could get me a better rate. My husband was a die hard TXU fan and didn't want to change, but our bills were outrageous. Finally unable to keep paying the extreme bills we received I talked to Shana about changing. Every summer I was paying a minimum of $450.00, we like it cold at my house. My final bill with TXU, for 1 month was $684.00. The month I just had, with the new plan she set me up on, and keep in mind this was the hottest month of the year so far, was only $285.00.
